The 10th Real Estate Event of the Israel-Britain Chamber of Commerce and Innovation
The prestigious real estate event of the Israel-Britain Chamber of Commerce and Innovation was held last week at the official residence of the British Ambassador to Israel, Simon Walters, under the title: “The UK Commercial Real Estate Market 2025: Changing Times, From Challenges to Opportunities”
This marked the tenth event in which leading British companies in the field shared fascinating insights with the audience on developments, trends and opportunities in the UK real estate market.
The event attracted more than 100 senior industry figures, investors and entrepreneurs involved in the UK real estate market.
The British Ambassador to Israel, Simon Walters, the guest of honour at the event, highlighted the cooperation between the British Embassy in Israel and the Israel-Britain Chamber of Commerce and Innovation, as well as Britain’s commitment to continuing collaboration with Israel across a wide range of sectors. The Ambassador emphasised that the UK remains open and keen, as ever, to do business and attract investment from Israel.
The Chamber’s President, Adv. Anita Lavint, who led the conference, noted that 2025 is expected to bring economic changes, greater diversification in investment channels and new regulation, positioning the UK as an interesting and relevant market for investment.
Lavint invited participants to take an active role in international activity, which is more important than ever at this time and serves as a bridge for strengthening Israel’s global connections.
Participants enjoyed a festive cocktail reception and high-quality networking, during which business connections were formed and new opportunities opened up for investment, collaboration and business.
It's All About the People!!!
