Building Bridges Across Borders Through the Global Chamber Network
International business growth is often driven by relationships, collaboration, and trusted networks. A recent gathering hosted by the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Paris provided an excellent example of how chambers of commerce can bring together business leaders from different countries to create new opportunities for partnership and investment.
The event celebrated the expansion of a British hospitality brand into France and brought together members of the Franco-British business community, alongside representatives from the wider global Chamber network. It provided a valuable platform for exchanging ideas, building relationships, and exploring opportunities for cooperation across multiple markets.
Representing the Israel-Britain Chamber of Commerce (IBCC), Chamber President Debbie Shapiro had the opportunity to engage with French and British business leaders, discuss shared interests, and explore ways to strengthen commercial links between the United Kingdom, France, and Israel.
The event also highlighted the unique value of the global British Chambers of Commerce network, which spans nearly 80 international chambers and 50 accredited chambers across the United Kingdom. Through this extensive network, businesses gain access to new markets, trusted local expertise, and valuable international connections that can support growth and expansion.
As global markets become increasingly interconnected, collaboration between chambers plays an important role in helping businesses identify opportunities, navigate new environments, and build long-term international partnerships.
The Israel-Britain Chamber of Commerce looks forward to continuing its collaboration with fellow chambers across the global network and supporting initiatives that promote trade, investment, innovation, and cross-border growth.
