Mission – Israel Britain Chamber of Commerce (IBCC) focuses on promoting bilateral trade between Israel and the United Kingdom. Our main objective is to establish better business outcomes for our member companies.

 

Profile – since our beginning 60 years ago, our mission has always been consistent: to promote business and commercial interests between Israel and the UK and to strengthen the ties between the two countries.

Today, we are the first Israeli organization to introduce the Build-Operate Transfer / Public-Private Partnership concept. We have also introduced tender opportunities, been instrumental in several new stock market listings, and helped companies navigate the relevant authorities when entering the UK or Israeli markets.

We are proudly a part of the Global Business Network of the British Chambers of Commerce granting connectivity to many of the chambers all over the world, and 53 UK-based chambers trading worldwide.

We are a member-led organization whose staff and officers work as volunteers to advance new global economic opportunities between Israel and the UK.

 

 

IBCC offers its members a local network, activities, and services that are intended to:

• Support them in working in partnership with government departments and global business organizations: Our chamber is a partner with the British Embassy in Tel Aviv, the UK Department for Trade, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the Israeli Manufacturer's Association, the Israeli Embassy in London and more.

• Connect them to Relevant and valuable events: Key to our activities is an active calendar of committees and a range of Events to give members chances to raise their profiles and increase their networks in specific fields. 

• Provide them with an environment for efficient interaction and cultural exchange.

 

After all, “It’s all about the people!” is our slogan. The purpose of our chamber is to provide our members with full access to networking opportunities, professional contacts, seminars, trade visits, cultural events, and more.
